Woman loses her sh*t after man refuses to pay for her lobster dinner and $130 wine
The online dating world is a minefield. After you have finished negotiating all the dodgy catfishing profiles and middle-aged fat single guys masquerading as 19-year-old glamours, you still have to like the person if you ever make it to an in-the-flesh date. But a question that has been asked since the dawn of dating remains: who pays for the damn thing?
Well, there doesn’t seem to be a clear-cut answer, which seems astounding in this day and age. In the heterosexual world, it seems there are some guys that love to pay on the first date, others like to split the bill. He paid for his carbonara and beer, and she was left to pay for her comparatively extravagant order of lobster and a bottle of wine! Well, needless to say, after expecting him to pay, she was not impressed being lumped with a €110 bill.
The spiteful messages back and forth show that there was no changing the woman’s mind that these days she needs to carry herself in life. The messages beyond these reportedly saw her become increasingly defensive claiming ‘all you wanted was to have sex with me anyway so bye loser’.
However, the guy couldn’t let her leave the conversation like that. He replied:
Well…ofc I wanted to have sex with you but then I realised I might have to pay €20 for th
