WWE Diva Suffers Horrible Concussion After Move Goes Awfully Wrong
Once, a man’s world, professional wrestling is becoming renowned for its showcase of hotties that grace the ring on any given how day. Despite being totally fake, WWE and the like are still physical undertakings and those who get a gig as a pro have to maintain top physical form if they are going to wow the crowds week in week out. The women have some of the best rigs in the world, and they know how to use them! Always a family affair, young girls are given top quality role models and their fathers are given something to gawk at.
But due to the highly physical nature of the sport, athletes need to be on guard at all times, and despite hours and hours of choreography and training, things often go wrong in the ring. When feigned strikes accidentally connect, the results can be horrific.
That’s what happened at a Raw event recently when Riott Squad star Liv Morgan copped a nasty boot to the head. During a staged spice, during a six-woman showdown, Brie Bella, from the Bella Twins duo was getting the crowd heavily involved. Morgan, on her knees, was subject to a series of ‘kicks’ to the head.
At first, their timing was perfect, with Morgan jerking her head back perfectly in time with Bella’s kicks, but as the series went on with the crowd chanting, an errant kick saw Morgan caught sweetly on the face. She fell forward, in obvious trouble before clamouring to the side of the ring for medical attention.
The show went on as all good shows do, and Bella even managed to climb back in, despite obvious concussion, for a daring 6-way Suplex. That is a manoeuvre that you would want to have your wits about you for!
There are apparently no hard feelings between Morgan and Brie, with the twin apologizing through Twitter despite the widespread public backlash.
